Central Library

The Central Library at Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology (AIMT) is a pivotal part of the institute’s academic ecosystem. It is designed to foster the creation of new knowledge by systematically acquiring, organizing, and disseminating information resources.

This centrally air-conditioned, modern facility spans 500 sq. m. and is equipped with RFID-based library automation software. It houses an impressive collection of over 37,030 books across 2,250 titles, offering rich scientific, technical, and research material for students and faculty.

The library provides a wide range of services, including a Book Bank facility, internet access, e-journals through DELNET and the National Digital Library, open access to resources, and an Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) powered by Libman Mastersoft software. Printing and photocopy (Xerox) facilities are also available.

The Reading Hall accommodates more than 100 students and remains open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. during examination periods, ensuring a comfortable and well-resourced environment for focused study and research.
